CHS Peace Officers from the Protections and Investigations Department have issued a search warrant on a suspect in this case.  Peace Officers are currently processing evidence. The Dobbie puppy is happy, healthy and growing more everyday.  Thank you to Calgary for your outpouring support and tips in this case. Phoenix Fund
