Hello, my name is Onyx! I'm a nervous girl when I meet new people, so I will need my future family to take things slow with me and let me take my time settling in. With a few treats and scritches, I'll be your best friend in no time! I have lots of energy, and I enjoy going for walks, zooming around the yard, and playing fetch! Sometimes when I get excited I'll be a bit jumpy and mouthy, so we'll need to work on manners together! My ideal family is one with some dog experience so they are able to read my body language and can help me work on my nervousness and manners. Since I can be a nervous girl, I'd prefer an adult-only home please! If you have a resident dog, we could get along! We'll set up a time for a doggy playdate to make sure we'll be friends.
