If you're looking for a high-energy pup to join you on your adventures, Pablo is your guy! Pablo is a busy-body who is ALWAYS looking for something to do to keep him happy, whether it be with training sessions, long walks, or a run around the yard. Despite a rough start to life, Pablo has a huge heart and is eager to please, but he still needs some guidance. He is working on controlling his arousal and remaining calm in exciting situations, such as meeting new people, getting pets, and being harnessed for a walk. Pablo can easily become frustrated, so we are looking for a home with adults and teens only that can provide him with plenty of mental and physical enrichment, as well as patient, consistent training that can set him up for success. Ideally, Pablo will also find a home where he is the only dog due to a history of dog reactivity and negative experiences. In a consistent, structured home, you'll see Pablo's sweet, snuggly, calm side and ultimately be rewarded with an amazing pup. We know that Pablo will need a bit more help than most dogs, but we're confident that his perfect family is out there waiting for him to make their lives whole.
