Sweetie Pie has a leg deformity called splay leg, likely from early in life, but she's adapted beautifully and perches and moves around just fine. She also has a mild scissor beak, which was recently trimmed; future trims may be needed, so a relationship with an avian vet is essential.Sweetie Pie thrives on a diet of high-quality pellets, fresh veggies, and occasional seeds or fruit as treats. She'll need a spacious cage with varied perch types, soft bedding, and lots of enrichment like toys, shreddables, and safe foraging opportunities to keep her mentally stimulated.
