Meet Duke, our resident Easter "bunny"! Sure this gorgeous boy has arrived a bit late to celebrate, but with his enormous ears, bouncy personality, and love of chew toys, the similarities cannot be denied! Like other shepherds, Duke is intelligent and energetic, and will thrive in a home that can offer him a "job" to channel his energy into. He is working hard on learning his manners, including polite walking, calm settles, and asking nicely for attention. He's eager to learn, but starting from scratch, so Duke will need some patience as he works on mastering these skills. An active home with experience working with high energy dogs would be ideal. Duke believes that ball is life and he'd also love if you had a yard to host a regular game of fetch.
