Sadie is a 1 year, 8 months old female Medium Mixed Breed who weighs 22 pounds.

Meet Sadie, a sweet, shy pup who is ready to find a family that will help her shine! Surrendered through no fault of her own, Sadie is looking for a calm and loving home where she can feel safe, settled, and adored. She is initially quite nervous and skittish when meeting new people or in loud, unfamiliar environments, but once she warms up, she bonds HARD and becomes the ultimate Velcro dog! She'd be more than happy to spend the rest of her days following you around and being a part of every moment.

Sadie's playful side is just as wonderful as her cuddly side. She loves zoomies, rolling around on the carpet, chasing toys, and showing off her silly personality. Fetch is her favourite, and while she loves playing with her people, she's also content to toss her toys around by herself. She's house-trained, knows some basic commands, and is a quick learner who is eager to keep building her skills. Sadie does have a history of separation-related anxiety, so her ideal family would be around majority of the time.

Sadie has shown interest in other dogs before and may enjoy a respectful canine buddy to share a home with. She has done well meeting cats in the past, though her playful side may inspire her to chase, so any future felines should be confident! She's also been good with kids but would prefer older, dog-savvy children who can respect her space. With a little patience and a lot of love, Sadie will be a loyal, goofy, and affectionate companion!
