This sweet young lady is ready to leave her stray days behind and find a family to call her own! While not much is known about her past, she has quickly shown shelter staff that she's a friendly, affectionate dog who enjoys spending time with people and is always happy to accept a tasty treat.

She greets familiar faces with enthusiasm and has been easy to handle during her time in shelter. She enjoys attention, leans in for pets, and likes to stay close to her people. Like many dogs adjusting to a new environment, she can be a little nervous at times and has been noted to startle at some unexpected sounds, so her new family should be prepared to help her build confidence.

This lovely girl is looking for a home where she can continue to learn, settle into a routine, and enjoy all the comforts of family life. If you're searching for a friendly companion who is ready for a fresh start, she may be the perfect match!

A little bit about Pepper:
-Kids: Unknown history with kids. All interactions should be closely supervised.
-Cats/Small Animals: No history with cats or small animals. All introductions should be done slowly over a period of time and actively supervised.
-Dogs: No history with dogs. Can go home with another dog pending successful dog-to-dog interaction. All interactions should be actively supervised.
