Meet Zeus, a beautiful, gentle soul with a sweet heart just waiting to blossom!
Zeus is a sensitive boy who is slowly discovering that the world can be a safe and wonderful place. While sudden movements and loud noises can make him nervous, he's been making lovely progress as he becomes more comfortable with the people around him.
Once he starts to trust you, Zeus enjoys long, gentle pets and quiet moments of affection. He's also shown a lovely side with other animals, developing a fondness for the resident cat and getting along well with his canine foster companion!
Zeus is looking for a calm, patient family who will give him the time and space he needs to build confidence at his own pace. With gentle encouragement, predictable routines, and plenty of positive experiences, this sweet boy can continue coming out of his shell.
There's something truly special about earning the trust of a dog like Zeus, and he's ready to share that journey with someone who will love him just as he is.

A little bit about Zeus:
Kids: Previously reported to be good with children. All interactions should be carefully supervised by an adult, with consideration for his sensitive nature.
Cats/Small Animals: Previously lived with two cats and has shown positive interactions with the resident cat in his foster home. All introductions should be done slowly over multiple sessions and carefully supervised.
Dogs: Previously lived with other dogs and is currently getting along well with his canine foster companion. Potential to live with a select dog pending a successful dog-to-dog introduction.
