Joe is a social little budgie who enjoys having both human and feathered company around. She isn't bonded to another bird, but she previously lived in a home with another bird and enjoyed having a buddy nearby.Joe was once comfortable with handling, but as her family had less time to spend with her, she became less accustomed to hands. With patience, positive interactions, and regular socialization, she may be able to rebuild that confidence.She's a fan of toys, especially anything with confetti to investigate, and loves being talked to and whistled at.
