This sweet little guy arrived at the shelter through no fault of his own and is ready to find a forever home where he can live his best life. Parker is carrying a few extra pounds and will need a gradual weight loss plan guided by a vet to help him feel his best. Like many small dogs, he has luxating patellas-kneecaps that sometimes slip out of place. Right now, they're not causing him any issues, but managing his weight is important to prevent future discomfort. Despite everything he's been through, Parker is gentle, resilient, and full of love to give.
