Meet Freyja, a beautiful domestic longhair named after the Norse goddess of love. She arrived at the shelter through no fault of her own, along with other cats, and may do well with a resident feline friend after slow, respectful introductions.

Freyja is still quite shy and nervous in new environments, but with calm, gentle patience and reassurance, she's beginning to show her sweet and affectionate side. She'll thrive in a quiet home where she can feel safe and settle in at her own pace.

With her stunning long coat, Freyja will need a little help maintaining her fabulous floof-but regular brushing is a great way to bond as she learns to trust.
