Say 'ello to Esme! This adorable girl came to us through no fault of her own and is now looking for her forever home! She can be a little shy at first, but quickly warms up and is looking for some attention! In shelter, Esme appears to be a social eater, coming out for a snack while someone sits with her (who doesn't love a lunch buddy?). We suspect that she is cat reactive, as she had a bit of a reaction to seeing some other cats in shelter, so a home that doesn't have any other cats already would be best for her to go home to. All other animal interactions should be closely supervised. Esme also came to us as an overweight cat, so working with your vet to get her on a slow and gradual weight loss plan is going to be important for her health and happiness!
