Age: 5 months

Please welcome The Void to the adoptions page! This handsome boy is about 5 months old and came into our care under less than ideal circumstances. He was very fearful of us humans, but we knew he had potential to blossom in a home environment. Now that he is spending his time in a loving foster home, The Void has transformed into a completely different kitten! He was still a bit scared at first, but quickly learned that people are awesome!

He now enjoys snuggling on peoples tummies, being picked up and making biscuits. He is working on his meow - right now it is just a tiny little squeak that he doesn't use very often but he may just need some more practice. Despite that, he has mastered his purr and is fond of showing off just how loud his motor can get! His shiny, soft black fur is hard to resist, but that's okay with him. Once you gain his trust, you'll find that he is hiding a few tiny patches of white on his tummy!

Most importantly, The Void LOVES to play and will need room to leap, jump and run around in his forever home. His favourite toy is a little bird that chirps and flaps when he flings it around the room, but he also enjoys balls and anything with feathers. Tons of different toys and a window view would be a must for this energetic boy! He's a fan of cardboard scratchers and has learned great scratching etiquette with them. He also has the best litterbox manners! The Void's foster family has 2 resident cats that he can see through a baby gate, and he is SO interested in getting to know them. He even learned how to break out of the bedroom and is sure to be quite the adventurer!

The Void would love to start his new life with a family that has the time to help him continue learning that people are safe and fun. Another cat may also help him on his journey. If this boy sounds like the cat for you, fill out the Adopt from Foster form above! We know he won't last long!
