Smoke did not have an easy start to life - Smoke is quite shy and finds the world a bit overwhelming, often preferring to observe from a cozy corner. He'll need a calm, child-free home to truly blossom. An experienced owner who understands feline body language or just a compassionate, patient person would be ideal for him. When you sit quietly with him and give him some time to trust he'll let you know when he's ready for pets by leaning in to your hand. He did come from an environment with other cats along with a resident rabbit so he's got the potential to live with other cats.
