Ezra is a 1 year old male Domestic Shorthair/Mix cat who weighs 9 pounds.

Ezra is a gentle young boy who has made beautiful progress as he adjusts to shelter life. At first, he preferred the safety of his hide and took his time observing from a distance. Ezra now comes forward to greet familiar people, purring, offering slow blinks, and leaning into head, neck, and back scratches. He loves cheek rubs and has even started asking for more attention when it is time to say goodbye. He is also becoming more interested in toys and enjoys a little play as his confidence grows.
Ezra would thrive in a calm home that gives him time to settle in and lets him build trust at his own pace. Once he feels safe, he has shown himself to be an affectionate, loving companion.

Note that many cats do not reach full size until they are about a year and a half old. The weight listed here is the cat's current weight.
