Eevee is a sweet gentle pup who found her way to us as a seriously injured stray! Despite a long and painful recovery, Eevee remained a gentle, affectionate and joyful dog to have around, quickly charming every staff member who met her! Now that Eevee is feeling better, we are learning all about her favourite things! This pup is a super sniffer and loves a good ramble where she can lead with her nose, then stop and sniff to her heart's content. At home, she loves collecting dogs beds and rooting through her toys box. Eevee has also been attending rehab following her injury and has discovered a new love for swimming! Between the water and all the good smells, Fish Creek Park has become one of Eevee's favourite places! If you have pups at home that can join her in exploring the world, Eevee may do well with them. On walks, she tries to attract playmates by rolling on the ground like the goofy girl she is! Although Eevee is healed from her injury, ongoing monitoring with your regular vet will help ensure she lives a long and pain-free life. The adoption team can answer any questions you have, and CHS will also be covering two free rehab sessions! We don't think this cutie will be with us long; reach out today to make her part of your family!
