Meet Bunk, an energetic Australian Shepherd with a big personality and an even bigger need for activity and engagement! As a working-breed dog, he thrives when both his mind and body are kept busy - and he's looking for a home ready to keep up with him.

Bunk was originally found as a stray, so there is still some history we don't know. What we do know is that he is incredibly smart, curious, and eager to learn. In foster care he has already picked up several tricks, responds well to his name, and loves engaging with his people through training and play. Bunk has also lived successfully with another dog and enjoyed playing chase and interactive games. He may do well in a home with another compatible canine companion after a successful introduction.

Bunk is driven, curious, and eager to engage. He can come across as very high-energy, but with walks, enrichment, and structured interaction, he's able to settle and find his balance. Bunk is go, go, go, and he needs a home that is prepared to use tons of positive reinforcement training to help him become the best pup he can be!

He's looking for an active home ready to channel his enthusiasm into fun, productive activities and help him feel balanced and fulfilled. If Bunk sounds like the perfect adventure buddy for you, come meet him today!

Bunk is:
- open to older kids who can read and respect body language
- no cats
- open to dogs

To support Bunk and his new family, Bunk will receive 2 private consults, 1 session of Smarty Pups, and 1 session of Adolescent Play to help him start off on the right paw!

Note that many dogs do not reach full size until they are about a year and a half old. The weight listed here is the dog's current weight.
