Meeka can be a little nervous when meeting new people, but a tiny bit of patience goes a long way with her! Give her the chance to approach at her own pace, and before long she'll be leaning and pushing her whole body into your legs for pets. She loves affection but appreciates people who pay attention to her body language and respect her boundaries when she wants to be left alone.

This gal is looking for a calm home filled with love, daily walks, and lots of cozy spots to unwind. Meeka arrived with cats and may be able to live with feline friends again after slow introductions. Her history with dogs and children is unknown, though a home with older, respectful kids or adults only may be best.
