Meet Derby, a fun and spunky girl who is always ready to go, go, go! This former stray is full of beans and brings her wiggly body and happy tail wags to every interaction. As an adolescent dog, Derby has lots of energy and will thrive with an active family who can keep up with her adventures. She loves activities that challenge her clever mind, like puzzle feeders and snuffle mats. Derby will benefit from positive reinforcement training (and tasty treats!) to help her grow into a well-mannered adult dog. Her history with other animals and children is unknown, so introductions should be slow and supervised. With Derby, there's never a dull moment!
