Bailey is a 1 year, 8 months old female Border Collie/Mix who weighs 40 pounds.

Bailey's story started on the side of a highway, where she was found caring for her puppies. Now that her babies are all on their own adventures, it's Bailey's turn to be someone's baby! This affectionate girl is a certified people pup who wants to be wherever you are - if she had her way, she'd be your shadow all day long. Belly rubs are her absolute favourite, and she'll flop on her back to demand them! When she's feeling playful, Bailey loves a good game of fetch and brings the ball right back for another throw (you may have to have another one on hand to trade off though!). She's also a big fan of pools and splashing around, making her the perfect partner for hikes, camping trips, and outdoor adventures!

Bailey can be nervous in new situations and has shown signs of separation stress, so she's looking for a patient, dog-savvy home where someone is around most of the time (and is okay with having ZERO personal space). She has shown a bit more caution around men, but as long as they let her approach in her own time, she's quick to ask for scratches. Bailey does also have some reactivity triggers that her future family will need to be prepared to manage (she's not a fan of things on wheels, or other pups!), and she prefers when introductions to new people are done on her own terms!

- Only dog in home.
- Has displayed separation stress and would do best with someone who is home or can be with her majority of the time
