Navin is a 3 years old male Rottweiler/Mix who weighs 62 pounds.

Navin may be down one leg, but he certainly isn't down on life! This adorable three-legged boy is adjusting wonderfully to life on three limbs, and while we don't know exactly what happened to him, we do know one thing: he's thriving!

Navin is a super sociable guy who loves meeting people and will be leaning into you for pets in seconds. If he is in need of a good belly rub, he'll flip onto his back to let you know he's ready. He is sensitive around his amputation site, so respectful handling is important! He's still got plenty of energy, too, and loves his walks and interactive playtime. He already knows basics like sit and down and takes treats ever so gently. Despite missing a limb, he is still working on manners when he gets too excitable, but he's easy to redirect with treats.

Navin came into our care with another dog, so he has the potential to do well with another active, confident pup if intros go well at the shelter! Other than that, his history is a mystery to us, so we are not sure about kids or cats. If you do have smaller family members (furry or not), slow and supervised introductions and interactions are the way to go.
