Meet Hester! A former mama cat, Hester is still figuring out this whole "being a pet thing". At least she doesn't have to compete with her kittens for playtime anymore! Those troublemakers were always stealing all the best toys for themselves!! Like any young cat, Hester loves a good play session; she especially enjoys batting around springs! She's also partial to curling up for a nap in her favourite sunny windowsill. Hester is working on gaining confidence with handling. She loves a good cheek scratch but ONLY when she's in the mood, and being picked up or placed in a carrier makes her very anxious right now. Hester would appreciate a patient family who can respect her need for space and understand that time and patience will be required to help her transform into her best self. If you think you can give this pretty girl the security (and playtime) she craves, then reach out to the adoptions team!
