Meet Mr. John E. (the E stands for energetic!). This goofy young shepherd mix loves to meet new people and is easily excited by sound and activity! He's still learning that new friends DO NOT like to play tug with their sweater sleeves, but luckily he is a fast learner who is easily redirected to food and toys! We're not yet sure how John will do with other animals; so far he seems to find other dogs very exciting but we believe he would do well as only dog in home for now so he can learn manners before having to share his space with another dog. After a session of high intensity play, he loves to settle down next to you for some gentle pets.
