Meet Dragon

All about Dragon
Animal ID: 2000479550

Dragon is a male Chicken bird.

Dragon is available through our "Adopt From a Foster Home" program. If you are interested in scheduling a meeting, please fill out the request form here: Adopt From Foster Form. Please do not make an appointment through our online booking calendar, as she is not available to meet on site.

Meet Speckles and Dragon! These two adult male roosters were brought to our shelter together after they were found being chased by a dog. Speckles and Dragon currently live together in foster and get along well. Dragon, in particular, is always eager to hang out with Speckles. While Dragon is the more friendly, confident rooster who loves to crow, Speckles is quieter and more reserved. Both roosters are friendly with people and could make a great addition to your farmyard crew. Speckles and Dragon can be rehomed separately to flocks with hens, to a single flock of hens providing it is large enough, to an existing bachelor flock, or together to start a bachelor flock of their own! Roosters are known for their silly antics and big personalities, so if you don't mind a little crowing, Speckles and Dragon could make wonderful, silly pets! This cute pair is available through our Adopt From a Foster Home program; reach out to learn more!
