Aisling is available through our "Adopt From a Foster Home" program. Please email adopt@calgaryhumane.ca if you are interested in scheduling a meeting. Please do not make an appointment through our online booking calendar, as Aisling is not available to meet on site.

I do best meeting new people when I have a trusted human accompanying me; sometimes I'm slow to warm up to new people but when I do, I am very social! Due to my size and my fearfulness, I would do best in a home without children, they can be a bit unpredictable for me! I am very motivated by food and toys - who isn't! I'm a smart girl that likes to learn, and have been able to apply new skills to real-life situations. I will need work on becoming comfortable with strangers, as well as reactivity (to dogs and people). I have displayed reactivity in the past (like lunging at scary things), but I am doing really well with my foster family! That just goes to show what a difference a loving home makes for dogs like me... I hope I can find that with you!
