Meet Charlie - International Feline of Mystery! Apparently, Miss Charlie is originally all the way from California, but very little is known about how she came to be wandering as a stray around Calgary. Charlie was timid and fearful when she first came to us but given time and patience, she was soon coming out for love and snuggles. Her foster family says that she enjoys cheek skritches, being brushed, playing with her plush mice and hanging out with people. Charlie loves watching the squirrels and birds through the window but she doesn't miss being outdoors - quite enough of life on the road, thank you very much! At first we thought Charlie was a bit of a spicy girl (you have to be feisty to survive life on the road) but she's turn into quite a sweetie as she spends more time with us. A home without small children and confident in reading cat body language is still recommended to help this girl thrive. We think Charlie's a bit sad here - she's usually found curled up in her hide - are you the humans who can take her home to her new life of love and snuggles and big, sunny, birdwatching windows?
