An Ode to Miss Poe:

Meet Poe, our soft, sweet, gentle little poet. First, you'll fall in love with how beautiful she is, because she is all sleek lines of soft black fur and piercing gold colored eyes. She is a tiny little thing; petite paws, long slender legs and carefully sculptured face. She 'll watch you intently, timid and unsure, and you'll slowly extend a hand, hoping to give her comfort. Suddenly, Poe stretches out and aggressively shoves her head into your hand. "Pet me," she demands! And from then on, your heart will be hers!

Poe won't trust you enough to sit with you at first, but when she does, the honour of it will fill your heart with happiness. As you get to know her better you'll learn about her expert biscuit making skills, her adorable quirks, and her serious love for wet food!
The world is big and scary for Poe. Loud noises, new people and strange places all make her nervous and skittish. Poe hopes for a patient and calm family who will give her time to relax and get comfortable, and show her how wonderful life can be!
