Hi there! My name is Maisy! I came here as a stray and I'm currently hanging out in a foster home since I have a case of kennel cough. That won't stop me from finding my new family though! My foster family says I am sweet and friendly, good with people, and enjoy exploring the outdoors or snuggling up with a book (you provide the book - I provide cuddles). I am not very toy motivated, but I am very food motivated and learn quickly. I would be best in a home without small animals like cats, because I love to chase! I might do well with the right friendly dog though. I can sometimes be uncomfortable with being touched unexpectedly, so while kid buddies would be lots of fun, I'd prefer if they are old enough to be respectful. My foster family says I am I quiet and gentle dog who will make an amazing companion, so if you're looking for a calmer dog friend, it might be me!
